FOR SUBMITTING PAPERS
General Guidelines
PAPER FORMATTING
If your paper abstract is in the approved list, please send the full paper and the application form untill june 29th, so that it can be published in the Proceedings.
1) The papers may be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English. They must be sent by e-mail in the format shown below.
2) Sheet size A4, portrait, white paper. Margins: upper 3,0 cm, lower 2,0 cm, right 1,5 cm and left 2,5 cm. ADITIONAL INFORMATION (EXAMPLES) MAY BE FOUND AT PDF TEMPLATE OR (PDF Template - 26Kb) or (DOC version - 37kb).
3) The paper should be in 6 to 8 pages, starting with title of paper, their authors with references, including abstracts in English and Portuguese, key words, text, tables, figures and bibliographic references.
4) Your paper can not exceed 1Mb.
5) Use Microsoft Word on Pcs, images in jpeg or tiff, format with resolution between 150 and 300 dpis. The files formatted in MAC platform will not be accepted.
6) The approved paper will be published according to its original copy sent. The Organization Committee will not be responsible for digital, orthographic or grammatical corrections. Therefore, the author(s) should carefully revise his (their) article, before sending.
7) In the Proceedings index only the names of the first three authors will be present.
8) Papers will only be published in the Proceedings after payment of the conference fee and the registration done, until, 29th june; except for authors that live abroad. Those may pay the fee in the opening of the conference, at the secretary.
9) Papers wrongly formatted or without application form, or sent after dead line, won’t be published . The fees, in this case, shall not returned.
